Time Commitment & Logistics
What is the time commitment for the UYLP Guided Experience?
The course is self-paced and your time commitment is flexible.

-
It's your experience! Expect to invest a minimum time commitment of 8 hours over 6-8 weeks. But you can dive deeper into the workbook or attend more office hours to maximize your investment.
-
Flexible learning: You get to keep the PDFs and workbook even after the cohort experience and access to office hours end. So if you can’t complete everything in the 8- week window for the cohort, you can finish later.
-
Here’s what you can expect:
-
Watching videos: 4.5 hours
-
Reflection and Strategy Work with Workbook Materials: 3-6 hours (or more)
-
Office hour time: There are 16 available office hours with the package. Drop in when you can.
-
How do office hours and instructor access work?
-
I host two live Zoom sessions each week:
-
🌙 Evening Session: Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 PM CST
-
🕒 Daytime Session:Thursdays 8:00 am-9:00 am CST
-
(Attend one, both, or catch the highlights later!)
-
-
Each session kicks off with a short talking point or micro-training, followed by open Q&A and coaching time. Not sure what to ask? You’re welcome to just listen in.
-
Office hour sessions build on what you’ve already learned, offering live support to apply the material to your own questions and real-life situations. It’s a chance to connect the dots, explore nuances, and get personalized guidance.
-
Can’t attend live? Submit your question ahead of time with a quick email: jodivandenbergdaves@gmail.com. I’ll cover the basic question in our session and will send you the recording, and/or will give you a little confidential guidance via email.
