Signature Keynotes

My keynotes are built around frameworks that strengthen workplace culture from the inside out: relationships as infrastructure, communication as the basis for resilience, and shared values as the anchor that creates belonging, grounds people in purpose, and allows them to lead with courage at every level.

Audiences leave with language, frameworks, and tools they can use, individually and collaboratively. Each engagement is customized to your context, your people, and your moment.

1-Meeting Our Moment

Courageous Leadership in Times of Strain and Change

Leading well has never been more demanding. This keynote meets leaders where they are: navigating uncertainty, rising expectations, and moral complexity. And offers a clear, grounded framework for leading with integrity and purpose when it matters most. Audiences leave with renewed clarity about what courageous leadership makes possible for themselves and the people they serve.

2-Care & Courage in Action

Emotional Labor, Caregiving, and What We Owe One Another at Work

Every organization runs on invisible work:  the emotional labor, caregiving, and relational efforts that holds teams together and rarely appear in a job description. This keynote names that work, makes the case for taking it seriously, and offers leaders a path toward cultures that resource and sustain the people who carry it, and lift up their leadership.

Particularly relevant for organizations navigating retention challenges and working to support working parents and caregivers.

3-Resourcing Courageous Leaders

Building Trust, Belonging, and Collective Resilience

"Do more with less" is a familiar refrain in mission-driven workplaces, and a silent contributor to burnout and turnover. This keynote makes the case for a different model: resilience built organizationally, not just individually. Participants leave with concrete strategies for creating cultures where people can do their best work and weather change with steadiness, no matter where they sit in the organizational structure.

 4-Bridging the Divide
Courageous Leadership Across Generations

Today's workplaces span four or five generations, each shaped by different historical moments, expectations, and relationships to work and leadership. This keynote reframes generational difference as an opportunity rather than a friction point, giving leaders practical strategies for building connection, strengthening collaboration, and cultivating the mutual respect that makes organizations stronger over time.

Building the Pipeline: Keynotes Centered on Women's Leadership

How Women Rise Through Courage in Action

Women bring distinctive strengths to leadership — and face distinctive barriers. This keynote names and claims the transformational skills of courageous, values-driven women leaders, inspiring audiences to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Leading with Courage and Values at Every Career Stage

Leadership is a lifelong journey of growth, change, and evolving relationships. This keynote helps women find strength across career transitions, lead with integrity through uncertainty, and build the intergenerational connections that sustain them along the way.

Courage to Care & Lead: Supporting Parents & Other Caregivers

Caregiving is a leadership issue. And the skills women build navigating "the balancing act" are genuine leadership assets. This keynote shows the advantages of  recognizing, supporting, and retaining the talents of parents and other caregivers, and offers practical strategies for getting there.

The Courage to Want More

Perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and ambivalence about our own ambition are among the most powerful forces holding women back from the leadership they're capable of. This keynote names those forces honestly and equips women to move through them — claiming their ambition and leading with courage anyway.
