✨ Upcoming Opportunities✨

Leading with Courage Circle
A small, facilitated circle for values-driven leaders navigating complexity with clarity, connection, and resilience
This is a complex moment for people leaders.
Across nonprofit, government, higher education—and increasingly corporate environments—leaders are navigating uncertainty, supporting teams through ongoing change, and working to stay grounded in purpose and values. The broader context often feels heavy or unclear.
At the same time, shared reflection, collective wisdom, new tools and frameworks, and thoughtful problem-solving can re-spark a sense of purpose and strategies for resilience—both individually and within our organizations.
This circle is designed to offer that kind of space.
✨Next circle begins in September, 2026✨

Who This is For

-

-
🧩“Connecting across roles, sectors, and experiences, with space for real support, growth, and honest challenge”
-
💡“Gaining tools and perspectives that shifted my thinking and sparked new ideas within my organization”
-
🕐 "Taking an hour in the week to pause, think, reflect, and listen to others' stories. It provides valuable insight into my own work and ways to grow."
"The tools Jodi shared were practical and immediately usable. I could try something for a week and notice a real shift. And what I loved the most was the wonder of connection. Seeing how others experienced their challenges changed the way I saw my own, and that changed how I worked. I came away with new ways to empower my team, and that helped free me from decisions I didn't need to be making alone."

The Leading with Courage Framework for Your Team
The Leading With Courage Framework can be applied to staff training to strengthen resilience, promote team integration, and meet our moment of complex organizational change with leveled-up structures and collective courage.
Leading with Courage is an empowerment and resilience framework to support values-driven people navigating complexity with clarity. It offers practical strategies for working and leading in morally and politically complex environments shaped by significant change.
LWC names and works to redistribute the emotional labor carried across an organization, particularly in disrupted sectors such as nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations. It empowers people to ground decisions in shared values while building structures that support one another without exhausting leaders and staff. The framework also strengthens sustainability practices through people-centered asset mapping and reconnecting individuals and teams to the meaning in their work.
