Leading with Courage Circle
A small, facilitated circle for values-driven leaders navigating complexity with clarity, connection, and resilience

This is a complex moment for people leaders.

Across nonprofit, government, higher education—and increasingly corporate environments—leaders are navigating uncertainty, supporting teams through ongoing change, and working to stay grounded in purpose and values. The broader context often feels heavy or unclear.

At the same time, shared reflection, collective wisdom, and thoughtful problem-solving can re-spark a sense of purpose and strategies for resilience—both individually and within our organizations.

This circle is designed to offer that kind of space.

✨Next circle begins May 12!✨

Who This is For

This circle is for values-driven leaders who:

  • are responsible for supporting people through change and uncertainty

  • are balancing organizational demands with care for their teams

  • value thoughtful, relational, and values-based leadership

  • are looking for connection—not just more content

  • want a space to think out loud without needing to have all the answers

Participants come from nonprofit, education, government, and corporate settings, but share a common experience: carrying significant responsibility in complex environments, often without a consistent space to reflect or connect with peers.
