The Weight of Leadership is Heavy: Let's Circle Up and Find Our Way Together

Something I keep hearing from values-driven leaders right now: the weight of leadership is heavier than it used to be, and the challenges can lead to isolation in leadership roles.

Funding landscapes have shifted. Institutional structures that felt stable are wobbling. Teams are looking to their leaders for transparency and stability, and those leaders are doing their best to roll with constant change while caring for themselves and others.

Especially in nonprofits, higher education, government especially, and mission-driven businesses, I'm seeing leaders who are skilled and fully committed, but at risk of burnout for reasons that can be hard to name and difficult to address, especially in the rush of everyday decision making.

These are the needs we work to address in Leading with Courage Circles.

It’s not a training, though there is a substantial grounding in context, in strategy, and possibilities. It’s a small, facilitated space for values-driven leaders to think out loud, connect with peers across sectors, and leave with practical tools they can use the following week.

Fall cohorts begin in September and October. Four sessions. $425, with payment plans and limited scholarships available. Employer sponsorship is encouraged.

If this sounds like the space you've been missing, I'd love to talk. 💙
